1970s Topper King Ding & His Brain Robot w/ ORIGINAL BOX

Up for grabs is an original 1970s Topper King Ding and His Brain Robot including a really nice ORIGINAL BOX with all its flaps and unfaded color box art. Great display piece! The robot is in nice cosmetic condition with moving arms, claws, little wheels on the bottom, no corrosion in the battery compartment, and the little “brain” robot moves up and down the elevator, although the spring is currently off the gear on one side and will need properly fed back into place. I have not attempted to remedy that because old toys are not my forte and I don’t want to do something wrong and stretch the spring. Unit is untested electronically but takes four D batteries. There is no corrosion in the battery compartment and it’s very clean. The trigger mechanism in the arms both work great and make the claws pinch. The levers on the rear of the robot also slide back and forth as designed without any difficulty. It appears all the original internal and external decals are present and in good shape.

My goal is to get you everything you need to make an informed and satisfactory purchase. This toy and it’s box have both been stored in a smoke-free collection.
