    Description

    Here is a very nice shape 2-11/116" or 2.6875" diameter 8 Threads Per Inch Tap .It has some special stepped ends to make it help start threading ,so it can be both a plug and a bottoming tap.It feels very good and sharp , but if it's not sharp enough for you, you can always get it sharpened, or there are many YouTube videos on how to hand Sharpen a tap by yourself (The larger the tap, the easier it is) (generally it's done on the side of a nice shape bench Grinder Stone ,It's simple, you're just squaring off the lead edge of the Teeth on the Tap ).
