Kitchen Convenience
Perfect for the busy kitchen. Add large portions including whole vegetables and fruits, through the Supreme Wide-Mouth Feed Tube - no pre-cutting required!
Powerful Operation
Houses powerful motor for better performance. Easy to operate On, Off and Pulse. The Pulse button allows you to get small bursts of power (good for rough chopping or quick dough kneading).
Ideal Capacity
Enough to handle family-sized tasks and compact enough to effectively perform smaller jobs.
Chop, Mix and Puree
S-blade can spin around and chops items into small pieces. Longer times leading to smaller pieces. Items to chop in a food processor include onions, herbs, tomatoes, nuts and even grind meat. Besides, it can effectively puree all sorts of food, from chickpeas to make hummus and from tomatoes to make tomato sauce. You can also puree lumpy soups into smooth ones.
Slice
The slicing blade can slice foods as you drop them into the chute at the top of the processor. Slice carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant and other vegetables. Also, slice apples while making an apple pie or other desserts.
Shred or Grate
The shredding disc sits on top of the bowl rather than in it. You put food through the feed tube on the lid and it hits the disc first, which shreds it, before falling into the bowl of the food processor. Shred carrots quickly and efficiently for carrot cake, cabbage for slaw, or broccoli for a crunchy salad.
Knead Dough
While you can use the s-shaped blade to make dough, the plastic dough blade is superior. It has less curved paddles and is usually plastic, allowing it to do a better job of kneading the dough rather than potentially just cutting into it, which the sharp metal s-shaped blade might do. Try it to make focaccia and even pasta dough.
