Black 1919 Antique Massachusetts License Plate PAIR, Low Digit !

Description

Up for sale is a PAIR of Vintage, LOW FOUR DIGIT,  Plate # 7673,  1919,  Post World War I,  Massachusetts Lic
ense Plates, Massachusetts License Tags.  Black Base with White / Ivory Numbers.  Low Four Number 7673.  Plates Measure 6 1/2" X 10"   NO attempt has been made to address imperfections and therefore in an AS FOUND condition.   Both Plates have it's original four, round,  corner holes and two top slots. Slight indents around top holes where they were attached to the vehicle at the time.
Massachusetts made these painted steel plates for 3 years, from 1916 - 1919, before taken over by the prison system embossed plates.  Great  Post WW I Era plate set,
being 102 years old.  Very l
ight surface rust on bottom edge.
These plates were originally registered  to an
Oldsmobile Touring Model C37  Six cylinder - Serial  #162542 Motor ID #15319 that was bought in July 1918.
