This auction is for a Coherent BioRay 405nm Compact Laser System.  (405nm 100+ mW)
These are compact lasers which include a laser diode driver and rs-232 interface for monitoring and control of the laser.
This particular laser has a wavelength of 405nm.  Measured output was 80mW after the fiber launcher.  Output power is 100mW with the sma fiber launcher removed.
Laser has 3036 hours.
This model has the sma fiber launch option.  You can remove this to have a free space beam.
Tem00 mode.  Adjustable focus.
I am including the rst connector so you can make your own power/data cable.  If you need help let me know.
The laser and controller can be stacked on top of each other for a compact form.
These run off a 5V to 24V dc power supply.  The 'modulation' input is used to control laser output power as well as modulation.
I have these in other wavelengths such as 405nm, 450nm, 640nm, 647nm, 785nm.  Please ask if interested.
