This part came off of a 2000 Freightliner Century Classic with a 1999 Cummins N14 Plus Model # N14-435E+ Ser #11961042 Mileage on rebuild. Please watch the video(s) above which show you what we know about the functionality of the various systems of the vehicle before we dismantled it for parts.

The yellow arrow points to possible damage to the part followed by an up close picture of that same area. This does not necessarily mean that there is nothing else wrong with the item but rather a helpful eye.

The description or lack thereof of a used item is a general description of this used part other than normal wear. Used parts are of taken off of salvage vehicles. Age and mileage of the dismantled vehicle is also a determining factor as to normal wear. Due to the sheer volume of the parts we offer for sale, we do not intentionally misrepresent or hide defects when photographing the parts. Please don't assume anything about an item. We do our best to describe the part cosmetically and its obvious functionality, but we do miss damage and by no means is every part possibly tested. Vehicles are dyno tested when possible but sometimes it is impossible for us to test every part of every system. Yes, we do sell damaged and bent up parts. We offer these items for those who use the items for parts, repair or custom fabrication. PinWall Truck Parts, LLC. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Buyer is responsible for the fitment, use and inspection of the part prior to installation. You must understand that Parts are described to the best of our ability. We are a salvage vehicle yard. Used parts are recovered from wrecked or flooded trucks. It is the buyer's responsibility to check over the part(s) PRIOR to installation to determine if the part(s) is suitable and safe for use. Because we cannot control how previous owners of the vehicle modified parts they installed on their vehicle, we are not guaranteeing that any part is OEM or unmodified. In short buyer assumes all liability by purchasing, installing and using the part. Because parts are used, especially electronics, refunds and exchanges are not accepted on these items. We test most major electrical parts before disassembly. We do not warranty or sell used tires. Tires left on the rims that you may purchase are left on strictly for protection of the rim during shipment. We do not recommend riding on used tires, period.
It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if the part is suitable for your application. Used parts come off of salvage vehicles and therefore have been modified or damaged due to previous owners and or wrecked or flooded vehicles. Most items come with mounting hardware when available, but is absolutely not guaranteed - even if pictured
New item returns will only be accepted if returned unopened and in original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged, fingerprinted with grease, re-taped or anything of the sort.
Restock fees will be assessed on all returned parts, new and used. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping of the item. PinWall Truck Parts, LLC. does not issue shipping call tags regardless of the situation. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship any items back to PinWall Truck Parts, LLC. within the guidelines of their current return policy.
All returns are subject to the current restock fees: NEW PARTS: 25% restock fee. Returns of freight items are subject to the restock fee of 20% less freight and packaging of 5 or actual freight and packaging charges if the item is not shipped to the continental US. Returns must be received back to PinWall no later than 14 days from the day that you received your item.
Obvious pricing or photo errors of items will be sold to the customer at our discretion. We reserve this right for all parts, new and used sold on this site, over the counter and over the phone.
Frames, transmissions and engines will be accompanied with a notarized bill of sale from PinWall Truck Parts, LLC. having the donor vehicle identification number from the vehicle the part came off of. For security reasons, the bill of sale will be mailed separately from the part. Frames are sold for parts or custom building and they come with a bill of sale from PinWall Truck Parts, LLC. No title will be issued. No MSO will be issued. The original title is returned to the state of Ohio and marked "vehicle dismantled" when we dismantle the vehicle. This is the law. It is illegal to sell a dismantled vehicle frame with a title. Please check with your state or country on using this frame for this purpose. In most states, the original vehicle identification number is replaced with a custom or assembled vehicle identification number and registered as an assembled built vehicle. Once your vehicle is assembled and inspected by your state it will no longer be registered as the year, make and model of the frame you are purchasing, but rather a custom built vehicle having the year in which your project was inspected by your state officials. This is generally how it works, but please check with your local BMV for clarification on their laws.
Shipping & Freight
We normally ship the next business - within 24 hours after payment is received. We ship via UPS, Fedex and USPS, at our discretion. We ship to AK, HI, VI APO, FPO and internationally. However, if you do not live in the continental 48 US states, your order is handled like it is an international shipment. We ship to the address in your eBay account. It is your responsibility to change the address if it is not correct. Sometimes we can change your shipping address after you purchase the item, however you must act in a timely manner. You need to call us during business hours and speak to a customer service representative. We ship quickly so time is of the essence. Emails will not be accepted. Notes that you put in eBay or PayPal are not downloaded and read by us. If you have special handling needed for delivery, please call us immediately.
International
Due to the nature of shipping calculators and dimensional weights, sometimes international quotes are not accurate. When this happens, we may, on occasion, have to request additional shipping fees from you. We do not put false values on customs forms so please do not ask. The reason for this is simple. Insurance claims are paid on the value of the package and we are simply too automated to have time to falsify documents. We are not responsible for any import fees, custom fees, taxes, tariffs or duties that your country, agency or broker may charge. These fees are your responsibility to pay.
Local Pickup
You may pick up your parts at 635 3rd Street NW, Massillon, Ohio 44647 during normal business hours. No appointment necessary! All Ohio customers and in store pickups will be charged Ohio sales tax.
Freight (International & Domestic)
Large items that require freight shipping (as in engines, larger frames, etc are shipped to the nearest freight terminal to the address in your eBay/PayPal account or to a business with a loading dock. You may be required to pick the item up at that location. Items that we ship free and require freight will be shipped to one of these locations. Lift gates and home delivery may and probably will require extra fees that need paid in advance of the shipment. Phone and email addresses numbers are required prior to shipment!
Payment
Payments can be made through PayPal and credit card, in store pickups or by credit card over the phone. We require payment within 7 days. If not paid by the 7th day, we reserve the right to relist or resell the item.
