Description

NEW Laserline LDF 400-150 Fiber Coupled Diode Laser
Comes with a manual and what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it, you probably wont get it.
Specifications are from Laserline and may vary slightly due to upgrades, options, or revisions this unit may or may not have.
2 units available, only 1 sold in the auction. These units came out of a defense contractor and look to have very little use. The laser red cover was removed and the hour meter showed 0 use which is why they are advertised as NEW. There was anti-freeze/water in the cooling line to the factory from the manufacturer I believe. They are sold as-is.

Advantages:
At higher laser powers in smaller fibers the new generation of fiber-coupled diode lasers offers the known advantages:
High efficiency (> 30%)
Long lifetime
Low maintenance costs
Use in rough environment possible
New Features:
All-in-one unit
Increased optical output power
Improved beam quality and therefore working distance and smaller focal spot
Tele diagnostics/tele service integrated
Redundant diode laser stacks increase system availability
Supply system and laser in one mobile unit
Modular working optics provides high flexibility
Temperature and rupture monitoring of fiber
Applications:
The new fiber-coupled diode lasers allow further industrial applications:
Deeper welding seams in metals
Higher welding speed
Micro welding
Cutting of metals and plastic materials
Brazing with high laser power
Reduced heat affected zone
Auxiliary Components:
Modular optics for cutting, welding, soldering and surface treatment
Inside working optics and other custom optics
Additional modules can be integrated (welding sensors, CCD camera, pyrometer, protection glass monitoring, crossjet)
Shutter
