Rudolph Auto EL II Automatic Ellipsometer

Description

We have this good condition Rudolph Auto EL  (II?) Ellipsometer, it powers up, shows the laser point on the stage and appears to try and function. Sold as-is, power-up condition. The printer does not seem to get power and does not operate, however the rest of the tool is clean for a 1980s tool. This would make a good tool for a refurbisher or someone who knows a lot about it. Will pack well on a crate and ship via the least expensive way direct to your door in the continental USA.
